THE BELOW BENEFITS ARE OFFERED TO FULL-TIME ASSOCIATES (30 OR MORE HOURS WORKED WEEKLY):

Health Plan Coverage, Dental, Vision & Pharmacy Features: 

Health, dental, vision and pharmacy benefits are provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee.  We provide a Health Savings Account with a company contribution. Most new associates find a significant savings in the employee costs for these benefits with our company. There is a 30-day waiting period, after which the coverage begins the first of the following month. This plan includes Teledoc, a 24/7 hotline to speak to a doctor for questions about symptoms, illness or prescription needs.

Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and Long Term Care:

The Company provides life insurance coverage at no cost to the associate. Voluntary life insurance is available for the associate and dependents at the associate costs. 

Retirement Plan: 

Retirement savings represent an important part of your total compensation package by ensuring a more financially secure future. When you start employment, we will auto enroll you at 3% contribution into the 403-b plan and will begin an employer match of up to 6% after 1 year of service, with 100% immediate vesting. 

Employee Assistance Program:

We offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for insured employee and their dependents.

Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays & Extended Illness Benefit (EIB): 

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays (6 days) are bundled together and earned on a bi-weekly basis. The amount of time accumulated per year is based on tenure for both part-time and full-time associates. The approximate amount of PTO earned in a full-time role is 24 days per year. EIB benefits are designed to assist an employee with a serious health condition for more than three consecutive days for their own personal illness, earned on a bi-weekly basis up to ten days per year (pro-rated for part-time associates).

Tuition Reimbursement:

Partial in-state tuition reimbursement is available for advance education and certification programs at an accredited institution in a field directly related to the associate’s work at HOC, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a maximum of $1,500 per year subject to specific conditions.

Mileage Reimbursement and Company Fleet Vehicles:

Associates may be reimbursed for business related travel at the current reimbursement rate issued by the company. Company cars are available for qualifying positions when available and other policy conditions are met.
